Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in original packaging, not damaged due to misuse, accompanied by proof of purchase, and not a non-returnable item.

2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email returns@tokyo2u.my with your membership number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions.
3. Only after approval, ship the item back to the following address. Customers bear shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel
Cancel via the Account Portal (Settings > Cancel Subscription) or email support@tokyo2u.my.

2. Notice Period
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Late requests take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

3. Effect of Cancellation
Service access continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will apply after the cancellation effective date. Data may be deleted 30 days after cancellation. Outstanding invoices remain due and payable.

4. Cancellation Fees
Monthly plans: No cancellation fee.
Annual plans: No cancellation fee.

5. Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund for terms breach, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Section A Physical Goods Delivery

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes
West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak): 5 to 7 business days

Section B Digital Services
Subscriptions / licences: Access granted via email within 15 minutes of payment.

Credits: Credits purchased or topped up into your account will be reflected in your wallet within 15 minutes of successful payment.

5. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any known delays.
